5 Soul Habits
Becoming “Soul First” doesn’t happen by accident. It grows through daily habits that invite God into every part of life - our thoughts, choices, relationships, and purpose. These five Soul Habits help students meet with God, walk with Him, study His Word, learn from His people, and live out the mission He designed for them. Together, they form a pathway to grow in faith, wisdom, and purpose - one habit at a time.

The Soul Room
A quiet place to spend time daily alone with God. It is the most foundational moment of the day – an unhurried time of quiet reflection and journaling.

The Soul Walk
“Soul First” students spend the day of walking with God, experiencing moments of “soul talk” coming from the deepest part of their souls.

The Soul Study
A deeper dive into studying and applying Scripture, giving students the courage and confidence to speak to their beliefs with conviction.

The Soul Mentors
Spiritually mature, humble people mentors provide examples of godly living – bolstering students’ Christ-likeness, values, and belief system.

The Soul Mission
Students uncover their true mission – what God made them to be and do in this life, leading them to experience significant joy and purpose.
